Nice! I live in FLorida, where our governor has been better than most (but then, he has also given us a well-run state with few financial problems and a young population that grows every day and is not fleeing). I send emails to the Governor and the local mayor, and I think a lot of other people do too. The mayor, who was much more shutdown oriented than the Gov, has suddenly relented.
Do what you can and need to do...write emails, honk horns - and if they don’t listen, then it’s time to storm the State House. And get laws passed prohibiting governors from taking this kind of action without the approval of the people through their legislators, regardless of how crummy those legislators are...they listen out of self-interest.
