Sparsely populated Modoc County in California’s northeast corner plans to allow the reopening of its schools, hair salons, churches, restaurants and the county’s only movie theater Friday, becoming the first county in the state to ease out of stay-at-home orders and flout the governor’s mandate.

I knew I should have quit years ago, but we were called out to quell a disturbance in Modoc County, California. They put me on a horse and told me to ride around the countryside bashing heads. My legs are too short and my feet can’t reach the stirrups, and I honestly don’t know how the f@#$ to ride this thing. I see some rebels over there fishing in a stream and yell “GIDYAP!” I think the beast is laughing at me. He’s not moving. In fact, the old man and his grandson are laughing at me, as they continue to fish undisturbed. If I just climb down and walk away will I be shot for desertion? Only one way to find ou—”HEY! WOAAAAH! Stop, already!” I fall in the mud and my cigarettes are ruined. Where’s my gun? I’m going to shoot that f@#$ing horse. I’m quitting the Guard when this is over.
Grampa’s coming over and offering me a hand. My mask fell off! Gotta socially distance. “SPLASH!” “Glub glub.” “I CAN’T SWIM!” Hours later, I’m drying off in grampa’s car. Don’t know what happened to that horse, and don’t care. The kid offers me some hot chocolate. At this point, why argue.
Take the shithole cities out of the mix and California is as upstanding, pro American as any other state.
There’s nothing democrat dictators hate more than free people not on the plantation living their lives without government permission or involvement.

He could ask California State Supreme Court for an injunction...I guess... Supreme Court will probably rule for Governor Gavin...
Then he could send California Highway Patrol officers to arrest county officials if they would not follow the Court ruling to obey Governor’s orders...
