A call by former President George W. Bush for humanity to jettison partisanship amid the Chinese coronavirus pandemic has drawn a sharp rebuke from President Donald Trump.
Bush published a video message on Saturday urging unity and togetherness amid the coronavirus’ outbreak, which received 4.4 million views on Twitter as of Sunday morning.
Bush’s plea amounted to a call for people to ignore partisanship to protect the most vulnerable and to assist those who have become unemployed.

The president’s (Trump's) response was straight to the point, outlining Bush’s absence when Trump was being excoriated during his impeachment proceedings.

I know President Trump is referring to his impeachment, but the Kenyanesian Usurpation was the biggest hoax in American history, setting up the situation for Obama to corrupt ALL of our government agencies.
I once thought he was a good president. Not anymore.

Bush probably thought he was being kind to Trump for being silent during the impeachment — because Bush likely supported impeachment.
Name one beneficial thing Bush accomplished by “cooperating with Democrats”.
I wish Trump would take a minute to proof-read his tweets before pressing the launch button.
Always remember, the Bush’s are in the club. President Trump is not a club member. He’s the 800-pound gorilla that smashed open the doors to the club and barged right in despite their best efforts to keep him out.
And, they despise us for enabling President Trump to do so.
They could name a sewer-works for Bush in New Orleans and he’d show up to turn the gold shovel.
While he was the better choice between him and gore, I regret spending money and traveling to stand in the rain at his inauguration . What a disappointment he has been. Not to mention his daddy.
