Yep, I wargamed a similar scenario with hussein on the ticket with biden and ultimately the Supreme Court would declare hussein “ineligible” I don’t think the dims would bother going that route. There in a time crunch if they want to change horses mid-stream. Long story short, I believe they’re sticking with Joe, unless the rape allegation catches fire, and they’re going to try and salvage with a the best VP pick they can. I believe they’ll offer hillary VP.
But he would not have been elected AS PRESIDENT. That’s the point this guy is making. And although the 12th amendment states that you can’t be elected as VP if you’re ineligible as president, his point is that Obama would NOT be ineligible since he could succeed to the Presidency under the 22nd amendment under his interpretation.
I don’t think the Supreme Court would uphold that interpretation though. Under his interpretation if he succeeded Hillary in the first two years of her term then he’d have to step down after two years because the provision states that he can’t be elected twice if he serves more than two years of someone else’s term but he has already been elected twice.
She obviously is preparing for the possibility. She’s already begun another round of plastic surgery in the latest attempt to pass for a human.
I don’t think she’ll get it. Nancy P. And Harry Reid threw it to an unknown Barack Obama when it was “her turn”. So why should Nancy P & Chuckie Schumer let her have it this time?
The rape allegations are doing one thing for certain though. There was some mumbling that Biden should pick Cuomo even though he promised he’d nominate a woman as VP. The rape allegations at a minimum will ensure that the VP is a woman.
This guy is an idiot. The prerequisite for running as VP is the same as for president. Obama served 8 years. He’s done. Can not run for VP because he can not serve as president.

Obama is ineligible to be ELECTED President (and since there are no Presidential elections in the Constitution, it's not even clear what THAT means).
He is not ineligible to BE President, as long as he doesn't get there by being elected as President.
