My cousin is special needs. He’s around 65. He’s able to live independently and his sisters are in almost daily contact but he also is bipolar and suffers from depression. He drives and has friends and church. In other words, he has a life but not now.

Northram is also under fire from the US DOJ for targeting a Delmarva (Chiconteague island) congregation for holding a Palm Sunday service with 16 people in a building that seats 293.
