Former FBI Director James Comey and other senior officials in the Obama administration likely committed federal crimes in their use of “lawfare” against former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn and President Donald Trump, said Sidney Powell, Flynn’s attorney, former federal prosecutor, and author of Conviction Machine: Standing Up to Federal Prosecutorial Abuse.

Powell discussed the latest developments related to her client’s case on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Sunday with host Joel Pollak.

How much longer must we wait for Durham to lay down the hammer. We are on the verge of civil war. It is America and freedom only chance.

Here we go.

This is what it’s all about, the Obama Admin committed crimes by illegally targeting Flynn, Trump, and others.

And Comey / Brennan / Clapper wouldn’t have done this without Obama’s approval ... have you ever seen a press conference where any angry Obama says “I would never have approved this sort of illegal behavior” ?

Of course not, because he did approve of it. So now the only question is, what did Obama know and when did he know it?

“Based on previous ‘provable’ crimes being ignored, ain’t nobody goin’ down.”

Yep! They’ll feed us some garbage about how the bad actors have been punished enough, and to prove what they did in court is a huge task, yada, yada, yada.

The R crime family does not rat out the D crime family.

Too bad we don’t have any unreasonable prosecutors, that’s what Comey told us would be needed to prosecute this cabal.

What more does Judge Sullivan need to dismiss the case against Gen. Flynn? Why the heck is it taking him so long to do so?

I don’t think Sullivan is going to dismiss the case.

He is a swamp judge doesn’t want his legacy to be he freed Flynn.

“How much longer must we wait for Durham...”

It was stated originally the summer of 2020. So, it’s not time yet for the usual carping on these pages.

Of course that won’t stop any daily carping.

Trump needs to order via executive order the creation of several special counsels with plenopotentiary prosecutorial power to investigate democrat alleged crimes. His reasoning should be that there needs to be equal treatment under the law and all the people at the justice dept and fbi get caught in illegal acts and the justice dept declines to prosecute. Name Rudy Guiliani to oversee all special counsels and act as supervisor to remove the appearance of special treatment by justic dept.

As stupid as it sounds, I continue to hold out hope for indictments, and maybe even convictions {or plea deals for access to the White Hut and the halfrican}.

Look, I know it's a prayer and a may never happen, but I'll stay with it until the ship hits the iceberg and goes down for the count.

Then prosecute them. Otherwise don’t waste time whining about it.
