I lived in Las Vegas, 2017-’19, and I think Biden will win NV. In 2018, they elected a new democrat U.S. senator and a new democrat governor. Three of their four U.S. representatives are Democrats.
How can this be? Fox polls have Biden up by 25pts.
The national presidential vote is, as you say, meaningless. Clinton proved that with her lopsided tallies in California and New York. Set aside the popular vote in California alone, and Trump won the other 49 states.
