Barr's folks went about it the right way....this is so much better than him interfering in what was going on except to allow Durham do his thing and let things unfold...and better for Flynn than a pardon would have been.

I would wager we start to hear a lot more about it now and the stage is set for some actual indictments to be issued as the web further unravels.

A pardon would look like an admission of guilt. This clears him and the implication of false arrest and Forced admission of guilt. This gives Flynn the opportunity to Sue the hell out of every body for Millions!
