The motion to dismiss was pretty thorough. What else do they need. Charges should be brought against certain FBI and DOJ persons if you ask me.

You know dam well, Nadler.....if you hadnt stole the mic from Schiff so's you could make the last statement at the
Senate impeachment trial, Schiff's (cough) eloquence and prosecutorial brilliance would have made all the difference.

They are trying to get ahead of this. Schiff made several public statements that he had in his possession evidence that was was not circumstantial. He wrote the Dems response to Devin Nunes’ letter and both Schiff and Nadler were instrumental in Nunes being investigated by the House Ethics Committee.

Their house of cards is rapidly imploding.

Should subsequent indictments develop against FBI and/or Obama DOJ officials, they (Schiff and Nadler) could be sitting in a very precarious position. If the Republicans take back the House this year, you can just about guarantee Schiff’s eyes will bulge even more as he loses the chair of the Intelligence Committee back to Nunes.
