Sullivan is a corrupt judge.

Ahem...And then the judge must decide whether the prosecutors and agents in the case should face punishment.

Shouldn't we wait to see what he does next?

Personally, I think it’s great that the LSM is not reporting this important news.

It PROVES that they have NO intention of informing the American people of the chicanery that has been going on.
Finally, the masses will see just how much FAKE not factual news they have been led to believe.

Some won’t care...but some, with more thoughts than feelings might consider truth important.

Who would have thought Dan Rather would disappear into the shadows.

You correct - Judge Sullivan IS corrupt.

An honest Judge might have taken a look at the Mueller team - and the very presence of Andrew Weissman as the #2 guy would have sent a strong message - CORRUPT TO THE CORE.

Sullivan KNEW that Weissman was corrupt. Read Sidney Powell’s book “License to Lie” - and Sullivan comes across as a good guy - a good judge - who found that Weissman repeatedly violated Brady rules - and got innocent people convicted, because CLEARLY exonerating information was withheld. Sullivan recommended sanctions on those DoJ individuals - but nothing was done. IMHO - Sullivan should called Weissman in for every case coming out of the Mueller team - and interrogated Weissman - UNDER OATH - to swear all Brady rules were completely followed - and if it was discovered that there was a Brady Violation - Weissman would be jailed and disbarred.

Those are the only questions that matter right now.

All that matters right now is Flynn's people getting their ducks in a row as to how they are going to bring him justice from a corrupt and hostile system. The declassed info just dropped with more to come so they have a lot to go through and analyze, first, before they can even begin to build. And that takes time, then there's the lengthy task of trying to maneuver through the adversarial system they have to work in. This is the reality, not some TV drama where everything is wrapped up by the end of the show.

Mike Lester's cartoon today is about General Flynn.

Flynn and his dog are in front of the D.O.J. Auto Repair.

The man in charge of the auto repair is saying, "Turns out you didn't need your car crushed after all, Mr. Flynn. Here's your keys."

Solomon is ok, but damn he is so old-school to think the average person, much less the average conservative, is going to firefly into "Here's a dozen reason Mueller was a snoozer."

Duh.

Double duh.

I want the article that illustrates how deeply the Derp State got hosed by Mueller despite Mr. Magoo hiring (or having been foisted upon) a gaggle of progressive Karens, nearly the entire white-shoe-except-when-we're-on-our-knees crew in DC.

Because Mueller is strictly a product of Bush I, and Poppy loved him some Unitary Executive!

Trump's curb stomping of ¡Yub! might have pushed the Bush cabal to the outer limit of their supine Executive worship -- but at the end of the day, the deep Derp irony is that Bushie Barr is now investigating the mandarin miscreants behind Bushie Mueller.

No. A real “302” is a written summary of what an FBI agent(s) said, asked and got in reply from those they have questioned on various issues.

I’ve read enough of them (good ones on a national security case), to know that the agents did a good job of writing up what was asked, said, and discussed as in replies.

This Deep State manipulation of some “302s” is not the norm (and I hope that it never is). I also read a lot of depositions where the stenographer takes down everything that is said (and usually tapes its too) for an accurate and complete transcription of what was said, asked and replied. These depositions are more detailed than a “302” but if you’ve ever read a law enforcement transcript of a wiretap, you know that they are complete (even if there are redactions in the lesser or declassified versions).

When does General Flynn get back what he is owed, what was stolen from him?

Waiting on the Justice System will be too long and most possibly fruitless. Help General Flynn:

PASS THIS ON.

With all of the forms and other paper work in triplicate that is required by these agencies, has anyone found it strange that the exoneration evidence was hand written?

I never understood the 302 thing at all. In the days before electronic recording, maybe, but to cling to this seems like such a ridiculous anachronism, —-or “inaccuratism” , ”———on purpose.

I’ve read enough of them (good ones on a national security case), to know that the agents did a good job of writing up what was asked, said, and discussed as in replies.

But did they?

After all, there's no recording, no accurate transcript for you to compare the 302 to. There is no actual evidence for any of that, aside from the agent who wrote it saying that that's what he thinks he remembers. Just because he did a good job writing up the supposed conversation, is tangential to whether or not his well-written story is accurate as to what was actually said.

Tom Clancy wrote plenty of real good stories, but not all of them have come true yet.

Janet - your comment wins the post of the weekend award. It's a brilliant reminder of those things so absurd one would never even consider someone uttering them, but yet they have been thanks to the democrats.

I had already forgotten it, so thanks for the reminder.

Lisa Page, who was apparently not present for the interview, edited the 302 in question. Look up Mary Beth Kepner backdated 302s and her lying about it under oath. It might not be common but it does happen.

Can anyone imagine, that in 2020 when 7 year old kids can use the audio/video record function on their own, personal phone, send it to the cloud for storage, and later review it,...

Strzok got dinged in his firing report for using private email for official business. He claimed he didn't know how to use the secure access program on his government issued laptop.

It’s a rare person who, given power to mete out a sentence, who does not let that power go to his seat of unknown and he uses that power against anyone he so chooses...
