I Heard Joe DiGenova on Sebastian Gorka’s podcast.

He said the REAL reason they went after Flynn was because Flynn had been appointed the new DNI (Dir. of National Intelligence) and he would have access to the files, docs etc. showing that Obama, Biden and the rest knew that they would be exposed re: Crossfire Hurricane and the other illegal activity that was done on Obama’s watch.

Why would Obama, four years after leaving office, suddenly get involved? The letter to the National Archives was privately sent in March. Arguably they did not want Fox News to obtain a copy. Nonetheless, the letter bashes Senate Republicans and their investigation of Hunter Biden’s dealings with Ukraine. Hunter, the son of former Vice President Joe Biden, joined the Ukraine company during the Obama administration.

Possible additional answer:

Imagine you worked in the FBI or DOJ and you found out that an guy was wrongly spied on. The government thought he was working with a drug cartel so an agent made up a fake informant to get a baseless search warrant and then they tapped his phone but it turns out he was completely innocent.

If you knew they were using fake informants but they mostly caught real drug lords you might keep your mouth shut.

But if you found out that there was no cartel; the whole thing was invented by a group of rogue agents to spy on their opponents .. you’d be inclined to go to the real cops or to the media.

Now put yourself in the shoes of a somewhat-honest FBI agent who mostly tries to do right but turns a blind eye to questionable tactics done for the greater good. He knows about some dirty deeds by this crew but he also ‘knows’ that the Trump administration is actively engaged in treason against the country. He doesn’t have any particular reason to know that Schiff is outright lying. There’s real evidence of actual treason somewhere. If you turn in your colleague you could be damaging the country.

Then if they can get you to keep quiet until Biden is elected...
