Many New Yorkers are ushering in a grim Mothers Day this year amid accusations that Governor Andrew “Cuomo killed my mom” thanks to his deadly policy that forced nursing homes to admit coronavirus patients.
The bone-headed move resulted in the deaths of thousands of senior citizens living in nursing homes.
Cuomo mandated that nursing homes must accept coronavirus patients even though older people are the most at-risk to die from COVID-19. Making matters worse was the fact that nursing homes did not have personal protective equipment or COVID testing capability.

It’s not like they can sue and/or pursue criminal action. Cuomo and the legislature have seen to that.

Mother’s day. My mom has been gone for 14 years now. I still miss her. My dad died 45 years ago. I was a very young man. I really miss both of them.
I do think they can sue....if they went to the hospital and they said....go back. Nursing homes are NOT hospitals.
It’s a start.
Hang the next ones where they’re difficult to take down.

Sadly,I'll wager that more voters will believe that Trump's to blame than will believe Rat Governors or the ChiComs are.

They should take it up with the Supreme Court. I’m sure there are lawyers, quite competent lawyers, who will do that work pro bono

I take it as written that Cuomo is a hairbrained jerk. I resist the temptation to blame all our misfortunes on political adversaries.
Good thing it’s anonymous. Cuomo would come after this person somehow. He’d probably start by auditing his taxes.

Think of the people who made this decision. Would you normally consider these people dumb? Probably not. They are Drs., and Scientists and what not. So why did they make this decision, certainly was not by mistake. So why?
