I think they are just waiting until the conviction is overturned by Judge Sullivan by Rule 48. You can bet that the Deep State is pressuring Sullivan to figure out how he can ‘peacefully’ assign a penalty to Flynn arbitrarily, and not prove that he is in the DS pocket.
