Germany is not part of FiveEyes, though Grenell as ambassador would have been read into those FiveEyes projects that affected policy toward Germany. And the Brennan/Comey/Mueller scheme to destroy DJT and to frame his campaign associates happened almost entirely before Grenell became ambassador.
