Well, Cuomo had to do something to get the horribly negative image of the nursing homes decision suppressed. I say he is more worried about his hopes for the Democrat pres nomination in 2024 than he is about New York’s virus problems...ala Comrade Newsom in California.

Have had enough of Murphy,Wolf,Whitmer,Cuomo,Newsom and the other lessor state tyrants. THEY have made all of this into the sh*tstorm that it is. If this was under Obama,the states would be completely quiet,the virus a minimal but unfortunate event and Obama would have everybody humping his leg.

I suppose this might be good news for upstate NY, but there is no business there and almost no people. They all have mostly moved out because Cuomo killed the upstate economy years ago.

Bad news for the capital region, too many nursing homes in Albany and it will prevent that entire region from opening even when the other 4 counties avery very few deaths.
