How is declassified and unreleased different from classified?
It gives temporary cover until people forget, like all the “big stuff” Trump declassified a year ago and Barr still sits on.

How is declassified and unreleased different from classified If classified, then leaking it would be a crime. If unclassified, then I don't think leaking it would be a crime.
