I appreciate that but you got the wrong guy :-) I ain’t going to stop eating bad foods drinking whiskey and doing other things that are less than healthy for the body. I’m 52 I didn’t make think I’d make it this far everything is icing :-)
You dont have to stop. You just have to recognize the factors involved making you more susceptible if you get it.
