"PARDON, SIR. NOT PRESIDENTIAL FINANCES, WE ARE ASKING FOR HIS PERSONAL TAX RETURNS BEFORE HE BECAME PRESIDENT. THOSE ARE VERY DIFFERENT THINGS. AND WE ARE NOT ASKING HIM TO PRODUCE IT. SOME OF THE SUBPOENAS AS FAR BACK AS 1792 HAVE ASKED FOR PERSONAL PAPERS OF THE PRESIDENT WHILE BEING PRESIDENT. THIS IS BEFORE HE WAS PRESIDENT. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. AND THEY ARE NOT HIS PAPERS IN THE SENSE OF HE'S NOT IN POSSESSION OF THEM. THESE ARE SUBPOENAS TO PRIVATE ENTITIES. "

People make verbal gaffes all the time. If it was President Trump and CNN was pounding that slip 24/7 you would probably think he was being treated unfairly, and you would be right. Between the fact that we don’t have our own version of CNN and she doesn’t have a history of similar remarks the odds of her one verbal mistake leading to a recusal are somewhere between zero and not a snowball’s chance

Telling but of no importance. The important thing is the eventual decision. We knew her vote from the beginning.

Wow I did not realize that AOC’s stupidity was contagious and spreading. Anybody that is anywhere near AOC needs to wear a Hazmat suit.

Why would “We” need to see his personal tax returns before he became President? Can the rest of us see your personal tax returns before you entered office?
To: nwrep; P-Marlowe
“WE” clearly shows siding with one of the litigants.
Will anyone do anything about it?
I doubt it. She’ll just say she was using an editorial “we”. And the media will fully support her.
