What’s with the chairs thing? NJ has some rules on beach access where you can fish but not use a chair, or even bring a chair onto the beach. MA says you can’t use chairs on a boat. WTF is the issue here?
No, we can use them on our boat but not on the dock in front of boat. They don’t want any socializing.
I think once the weather gets really nice they’re going to have some trouble here. People haven’t minded being indoors because we’ve had a lousy Spring but changes are on the way.
