Likely voters? Registered voters? Eligible voters? Residents? Earthlings? They must have been desperate to bias the poll against him.
I think Trump’s approval rating is always at least five points lower than the percentage of people who intend to vote for him.
And that is without considering polling bias, which would boost his election chances even higher. I think there is a good number of people who say they do not approve of Trump but will certainly vote for him over any of the possible Democratic opponents, particularly Biden.
Whenever the term “respondents” is used it means a poll of the general public.
Was gonna say, “approval” really isn’t a tell...”will vote for him” is.

CNN polls are fake, even on the very few occasions they favor Trump.
This is so they can point at this later (when they bring out their normal anti Trump polls) and claim, “See? We even had a good poll for Trump before”.
I don’t know about the percentage but I tend to agree that approval isn’t indicative of who will vote for him. I’m sure a number of people disapprove because he listened to Fauci and wasn’t “Trump enough”. Of those, non will vote for the Dem
Don’t get too excited. There is only one reason they would do this. And that is so that can slam him extra hard later by saying his number dropped massively.
Meanwhile they believe that you will think they were fair.
Everything is carefully planned like this when you are dealing with the deep state. You are a pawn in a game. And they laugh at how gullible we are.
Trump’s favorite pollster, Rasmussen Reports has him one point higher at 46%. But with a +/-3 point statistical margin of error, both polls are really identical.

Okay, so, perhaps the DNC is going to replace Biden, either before or after the fake convention.

Trump was at 51% on HarrisX today; 49% on Gallup last week.
Not a poll guy, but if these are the public numbers, you have to figure he’s in the mid-50s.
