Corrupt judge joins in the corruption fun.

Yeah, exactly. Sullivan is pretending he has some kind of choice. He is looking for a legal fig leaf, any kind of remotely plausible left-wing legal mechanism or argument, that will allow him to sentence Flynn on his own, even in the absence of a prosecution.

He will no doubt find one to his liking with the help of the Lawfare minions, and will sentence Flynn to 500 years, which will then be appealed.

A total time-waster, and a way to stick it to Trump and his supporters while drawing out the march to Flynn's inevitable exoneration.

I wouldn't be surprised if this has to go all the way to the Supremes.

The judge wants to pretend he didn’t have any idea this was a travesty, which means trying his best to keep going! If he doesn’t agree, I predict Trump will pardon immediately based on wrongful prosecution.

If Judge Obama Sullivan rules “stupidly” it will be appealed and end up in the Supreme Court, where he will be handed his arse.

I’ve been saying for months that Flynn has one serious problem here. I order for Flynn to get out of his plea deal he had to admit that he stood up in court and lied to this judge’s face at least twice.

Does this a-hole Judge have nothing to say about the fact that he ordered ALL documents to be turned over by Mueller’s team to the court, and to the defense, and it’s been proven that a large amount of exculpatory evidence wasn’t turned over, and now with the resignation of Brandon Van Grack from the case, what does Sullivan think he’s going to do? Doesn’t he have to address the malfeasance from the other side, or can he simply ignore it, and sweep it under the rug? There’s an elephant in the courtroom, but judge Sullivan doesn’t want to know it’s there. It’s certainly not going to go away.
