Sullivan is just the tip of the Democratic iceberg. The Federal judiciary in Washington DC and northern Virginia is heavily Democratic. Court juries and grand juries will be loaded with biased Democrats. That is why Brennan, Comey, McCabe, Klapper et al continue to grin and are not terribly worried about being indicted, tried or convicted.
