How many days past election day does CA allow people to cast ballots?

It’s California, the election winner will be decided by the vote counters, not the voters.
The high water mark from the 2016 election is 240k votes, I believe. I think off-cycle it hits 168k votes.
So I’m curious how many votes the DNC will mail today to try and win this.
Democrats need to know Americans are coming after them.
In the article in the newspaper of my former home, it was pointed out that Garcia voters trailed Smith voters in the final tally in the Primary. But they never said that the number of Republican Primary voters was higher than Dems. And Garcia only trailed in numbers because the other Republicans split the vote. And that paper usually leans Right. Hope Garcia can overcome the Left’s cheating. But the comments after the article say ‘oooh, you won a seat for 6 months!’. Wait for November when we (the Left) will take the seat back!’ (ParaphrasIng many of the comments listed)
Dem cheating will be off the wall in November. We had better be vigilant. And Friday before this race, the Dems opened up another voting place in a heavily Dem area of Lancaster saying it was needed. Just another manipulation of the ‘rules’.
Katie Hill won the district in 2018 and the last time the democrats held that district was 1990.
I expect exactly 18,000 votes to be found in the back of someone’s car.
All for the Democratic candidate, of course.

When the Left wants something, we are told about it non-stop. Its all over media, entertainment, constant political and academic debate. The non-stop propaganda from all sides always eventually wears down opposition.
I know we don’t control above important parts of society, but why can’t conservatives nonetheless make opposing fraudulent voting systems a long-term project?
So he will be seated just before the next election?
Trump is congratulating him so I presume that means he leads by a wide enough margin that enough ballots can’t be credibly harvested.
Probably a dumb question but if ballot harvesting is legal, can’t we do it also?

I’m so cynical, I’d suggest that 1) the Dems knew this was a lost cause, so let it ride; 2) they want to “demonstrate” that mail-in voting is real swell, with no cheating; 3) they knew that being out harvesting ballots in the present climate would be too obvious and might lead to reporting.
But in November, look out.
The Demonic ballot harvesters may be stuck in lockdown—this time.
