It was fun to watch, since Dr. Fauci couldn’t wave his M.D. at Rand Paul and sneer, “I’m a doctor and you’re just a Senator”.
“Then he added the standard disclaimers that we won’t know for sure and for how long for years.”
Paul should have asked the good doctor what, if anything, he does know “for sure”, and then asked him to defend his certainty.
Watching Fouci commit to something being true is like watching Monk try to make a decision.

Fauci is pushing the democrat line, the aim of which is to further wreck the economy, in order to try to keep Trump from winning re-election, IMHO. Besides that, he agrees with the evil, leftist CDC.
There are diseases that do not respond to treatment today. Pernicious anemia was a killer until it was discovered a simple solution. Some kinds of leukemia are not curable.. the common cold does not have a cure. But wrong info shut the whole country down for months, and sent us into a panic mess.

If you can be reinfected after having had the virus, a vaccine is impossible to make. If this was about public health not destroying America so the Democrats can loot it freely, the “Doctor” would not be talking reinfection and vaccine in the same breath.
