China’s state-run Global Times newspaper warned on Wednesday that, should pressure on the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) to include Taiwan become successful, the Communist Party may be forced to solve “the Taiwan question once and for all via non-peaceful means.”
The Global Times blamed the “people of the mainland,” meaning the People’s Republic of China, for the potential violence, asserting Chinese people are increasingly supportive of invading and colonizing Taiwan.

We have seen some really bizarre behavior from China in the past few months. This “virus” really dropped the mask we all thought was there to begin with.

The WHO is a criminal enterprise, but Taiwan deserves the support of the American people.
Call China’s bluff, somehow, someway.
A taunting humiliation at the hands of the USN would be a good place to start.
A test launch of an SLBM from the Taiwan strait to Kwajalein might get their attention, with two battle groups cruising nearby...and several B-1Bs circling the Philippines.
Then formally propose the inclusion of Taiwan in WHO and the UN on the floor of the UN at general conference.

Communist Chinese are the most butthurt people on the planet. They already attempt to force and coerce the rest of the world to accept their diktats constantly.
How about this:
Revoke China’s MFN status. Tell them that’s only for civilized countries.
Kick them out of the WTO. Tell them that’s only for civilized countries.
Establish full diplomatic relations with Taiwan and recall our Ambassador to China for consultations.
Cancel every single visa held by a Chinese national. Give them 7 days to leave US soil.
Announce that the US no longer has any objections to Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan going nuclear.

Its not how many peasants die, its how many in the leadership. Loss of many millions is historically not a factor in Chinese political decisions.
I hereby officially and publicly apologize to you for criticizing your single-minded focus on posting about the threats and dangers of China.

I’m pretty sure “the people of the mainland” mostly couldn’t give a damn less about Taiwan and the WHO. But when the PLArmy orders them to raise a hue and cry they no doubt will comply
