Zeldin is flat-out wrong about this. Flynns dealings with foreign governments to undermine a U.S. vote on a U.N. resolution is absolutely a legitimate reason for the executive branch to run him through the wringer.
Theres no way in hell a transition team member should be working against a sitting presidential administration on any matter like this.

It wasn’t “undermining a US vote” as the Obama administration was ABSTAINING, that is, not voting, on the Egyptian resolution. The vote was in late December and was a setup for Kerry’s Paris summit set for the week before Trump’s inauguration.
All the while Kerry was faking a trip to Antarctica as cover for his dealings with New Zealand.
