The justice system is gone. The Soviet Union did better at punishing common criminals.

About a year ago I applied for a NEXUS card.It allows, among other things, quick, easy passage across the US/Canadian border. To get one the Federal Government does a background check on you.I eventually got a notice of rejection saying that I was ineligible because I had been arrested at the border by US Customs on my 58th birthday.Well,I knew that on that birthday I was having my hip replaced 200 miles from the border so,after my surgeon wrote them a letter confirming that, they reversed their decision.
I have a *very* common "American" name so they must have confused me with another guy with the same name.
So the Feds surely *do* know how to do background checks and one would think that *everyone* working at the DOJ...even janitors...would have them done before being hired *and*,at regular intervals, during their tenure.

The problem is that most of the Hispanic population living in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, California have more loyalty to Mexico that the US.
A large percentage of them are children of illegals (anchor babies). None of them should have USA citizen status. Do you read me, Jorge Ramos!

That is my area of expertise. The stories I could tell you...well, I’ve tried to tell them here in Free Republic and don’t believe too many have listened.

How they get jobs in sensitive areas is truly unbelievable. What? Hire the fox to guard the chicken coop?

She was more Loya to the cartels then her country. When it came to being loyal she came up a little short.

Who is going to check the background checkers? Texas was a Red State. Now being blue is a convenience.
San Antonio and parts south have been ceeded to the mesicans.
