Read my post.........I was talking about FOREIGN subs, not ours. They tend to be smaller, older, second-hand, poorly trained and poorly maintained.

Russian subs are mostly manned by draftees because they can’t get volunteers.

The POINT of my post, that you chose to ignore, was that this new overhead surveillance will out many more foreign subs than we can do now.
