How are you loving the "working at home" part?

For 2 days now I’ve had a red, red robin on a branch of the tree outside my front window singing and singing and singing! Mostly I have little chickadees, but the robin is twice as big! It’s pretty cool. And I have 3 or 4 blue jays always begging for peanuts. A couple will take the peanut (in the shell) out of my hand.

Good to hear all’s well.

We haven’t had much rain here. Just .1 of an inch yesterday and nothing today. Small chances are in the forecast for the next week but whether any shows up here remains to be seen. We don’t need it, that’s for sure. Farmers are still trying to get their fields planted.

It’s been muggy and hot the last couple of days. I reckon it’s heading your way now.

Bummer you didn’t get any rain. I’m sure da kittehs don’t mind but y’all sure do need some.

UGH! Still that hot there now? We had muggy 80s here but are down to 73 at the moment. Hubby opened several windows this morning and with the breeze it wasn’t too bad in here for a while. But by late afternoon it was hot and steamy so the AC had to be turned on. When walking from the bedroom to the kitchen makes one break out in sweat, it’s time. LOL

They haven’t gotten nasty yet...mostly they make their presence known and wait for me to go to the window, open it, and put peanuts on the “plate”. And they stare at the peanuts sitting on the shelf on my side of the glass and squawk a lot. LOL!!

Indeed, no sweating allowed inside the house. LOL! Is the AC/heating there better than at the other house?

I guess it’s going to be in the high 80s or low 90s. It’s now down to 82. Big whoop. LOL!

I need to go feed the kittehs. I’m sure they think they are starving. :)
