A president is like a CEO. He isn’t in charge of coming up with the people within the ranks, except his immediate ones, that actually work in the trenches. If he is uncomfortable with a department head, he has every privilege to dismiss him as that person was appointed, not elected.

You are not productive and can’t be trusted either with your history of failure (see impeachment).
