Here in Santa Clara County, CA, where we still have some of the most stringent restrictions in the country (even though we are now down to 1 or less deaths per day for our 2 million population), we don't have to wear a mask if out walking for exercise. So even our oppressive overlords see some problems with wearing facemasks from a health point of view.
