So their constitutional rights are being violated when they are not US citizens, under foreign jurisdiction, and claim petition for false asylum claims simply to circumvent US Immigration laws as a means to hook up with family?

They HAVE NO constitutional rights. The activist judge definitely got her education and degree off the back of a cereal box.
