The ejection is clearly visible on the video. What I don’t see is any sign of a good parachute for either pilot before they fall out of sight below the trees.
Seems that the parachutes only had time to partially deploy in the few seconds available, the woman sustained fatal injuries and was reportedly killed on impact. The male pilot had somewhat better luck and must have been slowed enough to remain alive albeit with serious injuries on impact.
