Attorney General Bill Barr said Monday he does not expect U.S. Attorney John Durham’s review into the origins of the Russia probe will lead to a “criminal investigation” of either former President Barack Obama or former Vice President Joe Biden -- while noting that their concern of “potential criminality” in the conduct of that probe is “focused on others.”
Barr, during a press conference otherwise focused on the December 2019 shooting at Naval Air Station Pensacola, spoke at length about the Durham investigation. He said he has a “general idea” of how the investigation is going and confirmed that “some aspects are being investigated as potential crimes.”
Barr did say, however, that “not every abuse of power, no matter how outrageous, is necessarily a federal crime.”
“As for President Obama and Vice President Biden, whatever their level of involvement based on what I know, I don’t expect Durham’s work will lead to a criminal investigation of either man,” Barr said. “Our concern of potential criminality is focused on others.”

Our problem even then was that there was not and still to this moment is not a process to screen for eligibility, nor a process to remove a usurper if elected.
Others said years ago that U.S. Marshals are not going to evict because the Marshals report to the Chief Executive.
As for eligibility, it was all over the news back then, but is a sitting President or Congress going to intervene in a presidential election?
Until a Twenty-eighth Amendment is ratified to screen for eligibility, the only way to correct the situation is impeachment and that is a very sticky wicket. And not worth mentioning.

I listened to that interview and I got a completely different message!
Barr was saying that he didn’t expect any type of criminal investigation into Biden or Obama’s unmasking of Flynn!
I wouldn’t expect him to say otherwise since it wasn’t illegal!
What p!$$ed me off was the minute the interview was over,
Harris Faulkner turned it into: “Barr, (or Durham) is not going to do any criminal investigation into Biden or Obama!”
That is not what Barr said or meant!
Or so he will think...20 years is a long time...
Some thing could happen to make it possible for Obama to pay for his crimes.

If Barr/Durham do their job and chip away the people lower down, ie Rice, Holder, Lerner, ValJar, Huma, Clapper, Comey, Clinton, muzlsm Brennan and the rest of the vermin down the ladder.

I’ve noticed that they (fox) now allow the democrats to spew their lies and make no effort to inquire further!
For instance, Democrat: “Trump lies all the time!”
Instead of asking : “What does Trump lie about?”.. The host just lets it go!
This happens with every host after the morning crew has gone home except for Tucker and Hannity!
Tucker for sure, I can hardly watch Hannity for all of the repeats of his wonderful accomplishments.
Have a hard time watching Ingraham also, she’s so emotional and interrupts her guests on a regular basis, and has so many guests that none of them can get all their good info out.
I also think 2 more shows are well worth watching, Judge Jeanine and Life liberty and Levin.
With Tucker, these are the only shows worth watching.
