Are they going to be shielded from liability also?

Immunity from liability for vaccine makers.

I suppose this vaccine will be added to the list of 17 or 18 that are already included in the special Vaccine Court they set up to deal with the tsunami of vaccine injury claims. That Court has paid out over $4 billion already in injury claims for vaccines that were safe and effective.
