That’s what it’s all about....being a collaborator...but don’t worry, Illinois, you can afford this-—you’ve got great politicians who wouldn’t involve you in anything that wasn’t absolutely necessary and for your own good. WHO is expected to pay for this? A part of the stimulus package? Certainly it’s gotta come out of something Illinois has received or expects to receive.
