To: Bob Ireland

This whole thing would be over if the DOJ would just go to the circuit court and get a writ of mandamus then drop the charges and reassign the case to another judge. I don’t understand why they are not doing it.

I agree, my point exactly. I have heard a Writ of Mandamus and also another appeal tactic for this circumstance - can't remember. At any rate, the DoJ should do it rather than put the Flynn attorney(s) to any further expense. I would say that this judge should be impeached for violating constitutional separation of powers - whatever - but I am sure the social justice Democraps would block it.

In south Florida we have a US Representative named Alcee Hastings; he was impeached as a federal judge for taking a bribe -- so voters sent him to represent them in D.C. He was avidly in favor of impeaching Prez Trump. Isn't democracy wonderful when folks are not informed nor educated?
