You need to watch this video. It shows that the "Gentle Jogger" wasn't so gentle. He was parked alone in an area that the police indicated was known for drugs. He becomes belligerent with the police. After watching this video, it became obvious why this guy would decide to attack a guy with a shotgun.

I know it seems like everything is video recorded these days but really, how many of your average run of the mill joggers out there would have multiple police/security videos released upon death?
