They knew they would take out Sessions or whatever AG got approved, Flynn already started first (like back in Summer 2016), Rosenstein was in place.
Strozk and Page were yet to be on the Mueller team Rosenstein set up once Sessions was shown by Rosenstein to have to recuse (on the basis of Sessions talking with Russians initially, and then convinced him of the “rules” of the DOJ (which he stupidly said— OK— even though he was the HEAD of the DOJ by definition). Strozk had yet to stop the closing of the case on FLynn and then Comey sent him in for the false interview, through McCabe. As McCabe said “F Flynn and F..Trump”.
This email was to paper over (a non-mea culpa) “transition” the “responsibility” beginning with Flynn for all the fake reasons (who KNEW everything they were doing) and also a rubber stamp for Sally Yates as Acting AG working with Comey. Make no mistake- she handled the “transition” from Loretta Lynch until fired because she would not do as Trump directed on immigration— the ban. Trump had already been
warned by Admiral Rogers (2 weeks after the election) of his being surveilled (and a lot else- so he moved out to his club in NJ- and Comey, Clapper and Brennan all called for Rogers to be fired— public WaPo calls).
Between Adm. Rogers and Gen. Flynn-— Rice already knew all the prior history was given to Trump— and SHE wasn’t going to be the fall guy— hence the LIE about “by the book”. What BOOK?
