Liberal Jews are like Unitarian Christians. Both have very little real religion in their theology except for “Liberation Theology” (Marxist style).

Some are just really stupid, lazy, or ignorant. The rest are just stupid, lazy or ignorant. Throw in the old Marxist rabbis like Balfour Brickner, the communist dupe Stephen Wise, the fake rabbi named Goldberg in Connecticut, and a few modern Reconstructionists/Marxist such as Arthur Waskow and his progeny, and you know why Judaism in America has been subverted, perverted, diverted and converted to liberalism, aka “progressivism” aka “Marxism-Light”.

Most of them hate the Israel of today because it IS NOT the desired Marxism of the original leftists who supported th creation of Israel and it indoctrination centers, the Kibbutzes.

Whatever or whoever Netanyahu is, he’s the savior of modern, pro-capitalism, pro-Judaism Israel. Think back to Peretz, Ehud Barak, and the others before them. None were strong enough to protect Israel.

Now that Israel has a strong protector, they feel cheated out of their “weak leftist” mantra and politicians.

As POGO once said, “We have seen the enemy and it is us”.

The so-called liberal Jews are neither. (Perhaps they once were. But they abandoned both for secular or pagan cults like communism etc ). This is why it is often unproductive to try to reason with them.
