- 1940-41: At the beginning of 1940, the US was firmly isolationist. With Britain and France holding up against Germany and the Soviet Union, we didn't see the need to get into European business. In Asia, the Japanese were overrunning China but it was thousands of miles away. By the end of 1941, we were fully in a World War that shapes this world to this day.
- 2020-2021: At the beginning of 2020, President Trump had the most powerful economy in American history. However, after the Communist Chinese spread the Chicom Virus around the world, and with the connivance of Globalists from both parties, our economy was artificially shut down. We normal people are taking the brunt of what a bunch of elitists a-holes wanting to punish America for voting for Trump in 2016. When Election Day 2020 runs around, I predict the Democrats will be in full meltdown mode, and some of their more violent folks will gang up on 14 year old boys and 80 year old women wearing MAGA hats and murder them, then get off from Clinton, Bush, and Obama judges saying they were "triggered".
I'm hoping my thinking is the rantings of a lunatic. However, I believe we're in a pre-war environment. The Left doesn't want to hear arguments, they just want to shut people down.
