Why doesn’t this article name names? Am I correct in assuming that because the information is detrimental that only democrats benefitted from this scheme? But there is no voting fraud in this country..

Philly is controlled by the DemocRats, so it is a safe bet that this guy was helping D candidates.

The political consultant is probably already in a plea deal, with his identity withheld for now in order to spur incriminating speculation and chatter by other targets. It may take months to unfold, but additional indictments seem likely.
