Gateway Pundit readers may recall a recent story we did that shed light on hundreds, possibly thousands, of Oregon voters who mysteriously had their party changed, most from Republican to Non Affiliated, without their permission, consent or knowledge, effectively denying them the right to vote in their party’s primary and disqualifying them from being Precinct Committee Persons.
Earlier today Facebook gave The Gateway Pundit a strike for posting this story even though we had 32 statements from different Oregon Republican voters to back up our report.
Despite hundreds of people coming forward with similar stories about how they received a non affiliated ballot, and despite many screenshots from the Facebook group mentioned in our article, Facebook’s infamous “fact checkers” deemed the story as “misinformation” at the request of the Oregon state government.
This is what people see when a link to the article comes up in their feed:
Lead Stories flagged The Gateway Pundit article and issued the strike as a “hoax alert.”
Lead stories author Alexis Tereszcuk did not contact any of the 30+ Oregon voters who said their party affiliation was changed.
Instead Alexis spoke with the Oregon Secretary of State who denied there was any malfeasance.
She mentions that in her article at Lead Stories:

If a government directly acts to impede the exercise of someone’s First Amendment rights, then that is an obvious civil rights violation.
If a government indirectly acts, to persuade a third party to de-platform somebody’s speech, then that should also be a civil rights violation.
Fascism at its finest.
Now, one could start something to compete with Facebook, but that is easier said than done because of the many patents that Facebook owns in this area.
Not trying to be flippant here but have you ever thought what it would cost to launch such an endeavor and have the political savvy to pull it off as well as the capital?
Several years ago, by Facebook, Google and others.
Sounds to me like the state of Oregon is behind the fraud. Wheres the 9th Circuit ordering the Feds to take over the election process?
Ping
Of course I have!
But sadly, I just don't think it's in our DNA to do so. It used to be said that a rich conservative would buy a professional baseball team while a rich liberal would buy a newspaper.
This is the Facebook Is Evil ping list.

No, not you individually.
Shut the beast down, crash it.
California, Illinois and Oregon are three states which should not have their election results certified due to massive-scale fraud.
Since this was a primary I don't see how it helps anyone to reduce the number of Republican voters, especially the Democrats.
Maybe one Republican candidate might do better over the others with a lower turnout but it seems a stretch.
Your title is misleading. It implies the Republicans are at the heart of this scandal.
It is not “my title”. It is the title of GP. If you click on the link you can see that.
Agree they should have come up with a better less confusing headline.
Don’t forget that our Governor, when she was Secretary of State, did not follow the law and destroy unused ballots after the election deadline. What happened to those “unused,” ballots...Portland/Multnomah County waited to the last to get their vote counted. They needed to know how many “unused,” ballots they might need to win. Just a guess...but,
Dems will be Dems.
Thanks for the clarification. Have a nice Memorial Weekend.
Geez! They don’t even bother to pretend anymore. I expect a LOT of popular conservative activists and commentators will be banned from social media platforms by October. Surprise!
I’m so glad I never got Facebook.
