Why the hell can’t some tech-savvy entrepreneur who is conservative or at least isn’t a far, far leftist create an alternative to Facebook—one that is not only fair-minded but safe from hackers?

Facebook has such a Bad Rap right now. My kids say that No One under, at least 30, use it. My friend only use Messenger to get their infonto friends, and post only highly-photoshpped pics and virtue signaling on the site itself

Because conservatives are not generally out of the box, creative thinkers. It takes a certain anti-establishment streak to create a disruptive platform like Facebook. Conservatives, by definition, are inclined to embrace the traditional socio-cultural norms and are less likely to create such breakthroughs.

Now, one could start something to compete with Facebook, but that is easier said than done because of the many patents that Facebook owns in this area.

Not trying to be flippant here but have you ever thought what it would cost to launch such an endeavor and have the political savvy to pull it off as well as the capital?
