There are doctors and then there are doctors. There are some doctors who perform abortions, there are some doctors who mutilate children to “change” their gender, there are schizophrenic doctors, there are politically correct, delusional Democratic doctors. There are all sorts of doctors.
Not every doc finishes at the top of the class but they still get called doc.
