Neil Armstrong was in training and testing to walk on the moon the following year. The number of people who said that they were at Woodstock was still less than one million. Charlton Heston did not talk to a "damn, dirty ape" until August of that year. And the list goes on.
A lot has happened since Anthony Fauci STARTED collecting a government paycheck. But he became the voice of science and how to build "predictive models" to provide medical response. I wonder if he is collecting pensions from previous government jobs while he is cashing current government paychecks from his current job.

I am in absolute agreement. Trump miscalculated badly by depending entirely of Fauci and Birx. There were many other note worthy voices that were not widely heard and subsequently shut down by the platform czars. The intellectual aspect of Covid was handled terribly.

Partially. Trump didn’t have to let him on TV every day. Trump could have reigned him in. We knew 2 weeks in what this virus could do, and we still allowed ourselves to be shut down.
But I understand it is political suicide to attack the sitting president of your party. Even to lay some blame at his feet for not making a better executive decision.

It’s not about care... it’s about keeping the doors open. It’s about taking money from hospitals simply because they do not have a high enough rate of forced flu vax. It’s about 39k for a ventilated patient whether they need it or not, because meds to treat are not money makers.
The government runs every facet of healthcare for everyday Americans. Defining treatment for people they never see.
