In addition to the criminal who assaulted the old man? Yes, and that someone is Governor Whitmer of Michigan who, along with other dimwith Democrat governors, directed that COVID-19 patients be admitted to nursing homes to avoid flooding hospitals with COVID-19 patients. Of course, there is no flood of COVID-19 patients at hospitals, and many hospitals are laying people off because the idiot governors have made people too afraid to come in for treatment of other diseases and injuries.
