the $64,000 question is: just where will Cuomo quietly sell all that newly acquired equipment so he can claim poverty again when the second wave hits and again scream Daddy Fed owes him, and where will those proceeds get quietly funneled?
Cuomo sure seems to like his daily tv show.
He's got big plans for building more green and nano tech projects that will go bust just like most of the other ones he's already built, have failed. In April he shut down one reactor at the Indian Point Power Plant, and the other is to be shut down next year. He's been working on this shut down since 2015.
