At this point, I do not trust what I read or believe anything in the media. There is so much information overload, how is one to know what is true, or not, fake news or not?
At my age, I have become a cynic and am skeptical of it all.

To control/treat Shingles, I’ve used 500 mg L-lysine 3 times per day.
It really helped.

If you doubt that recovering from COVID-19 confers immunity, then you necessarily also doubt the efficacy of a vaccine to confer immunity. Sounds logical to me.

ROK has about 12,000 confirmed cases, and they’ve tested millions, so this few testing positive twice is just as likely to be testing error as a second infection.
