Sounds like this guy’s suspicions were correct. Ethically/legally, I don’t know. State laws about recording can be tricky. He probably should have consulted a lawyer before placing the camera in a private location. T
He should get the best lawyer that he can afford and end the marriage. There is obviously something wrong there that should not continue. The trust is broken and very likely in a way that could never be repaired. This is very Woody Allen-ish. Very creepy.
